GROUP UPGRADES | OVERVIEW
Every Convos Group starts out with a Standard plan which costs nothing and can be upgraded at any time from the Group Upgrade window. From this window, an admin can also view an overview of the current usage levels of the group.
Simply click the "Upgrade" button located in the Group Administration (bottom left of Convos interface) panel of every Convos Group. (Note: Only Group Administrators will see this panel).
The Group Upgrade window will dispaly with the Overview tab selected.
From the Overview tab, you can see basic information, group usage levels, and group plan information.
Group Information
- Group Email - This group's email address
- Created On - Date that this group was created
- Sponsor - Person that is paying for this group's upgrades (if any)
Group Storage
The total amout of strorage used and remaining in the group's Files & Photos module.
Current Plan
- Group Plan - The current plan that the group is using. All groups start out with Standard.
- Maximium Size - The maximum number of active group members allowed based on the current group plan
- Storage Limits - The total storage allowed based on the current group plan
Group Size Overview
- Administrators - Total number of participants with group administrator rights
- Moderators - Total number of participants with moderator rights
- Members - Total number of participants with member rights
- Total Group Size - Total number of particpants (sum of the 3 items above)
The "Upgrade Group" button will take you to the second tab titled "Group Plan".
