GROUP MEMBERSHIP | UPDATE PROFILES
Every member has a profile
Every member of your group has a profile that consists of information that a group administrator has requested to collect. Every group member can update their profile at any time by clicking the "My Prefs" link in the group header.
Group admins also have the ability to update a member's profile so the information is up to date. This can be especially helpful if a particular group member is not keeping their profile up to date or does not have immediate access to Convos to update their own profile.
How to update a member's profile
Group admins have the ability to modify a user's profile through the Group Administration panel.
From the Group Admin panel on the bottom left of the screen, click members.
Your group's current member list will be displayed as show below
When the Group Member pop-up opens, you will be in the Current Members tab.
From your list of current members, select a member by clicking in their row in the grid. The row will change color to a dark gray.
To modify the member's role, first click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the window.
When the pop-up opens for the selected member, click the "Profile" tab.

You will see the member's profile for this group and you will be able to edit any of the fields presented.
When you are done, simply click "Save". The member's profile will be updated.
