THE BASICS | MY CONVOS
MyConvos is an aggregated view of your personal and group information and is the central place to manage your interactions across all of your groups on Convos. When you log in to Convos, you will be viewing My Convos.
One Click Away
In the top left corner of Convos, you will see a toggle button titled "My Convos". When you log in to Convos, the button will be enabled (right) by default. When you select a group, the My Convos button will toggle up (left). To switch back to My Convos when you're in a group, simply press the button.
An Overview of Personal Modules
When you select MyConvos in the top left of the Convos interface, a list of your modules will appear in the left panel with Messages and Schedule selected. In the center panel, your Messages and Schedule modules will be open by default.
When you are in My Convos, you will be able to view and interact with the following:
Messages - A list of messages sent to you from your Convos groups and messages sent to your Convos email addresss (YourUserID@convos.com)
Schedule - A list of events sent to you from your Convos groups and personal events that you have added
To-Do - A list of tasks assigned to you from your Convos groups
Notes - A list of personal notes that you have created in Convos
Contacts - A list of contacts you have added and members from the Convos groups you belong to (where a member directory is enabled)
Files & Photos - A list of personal files and photos that you have uploaded into Convos
Opening Multiple Modules
Instead of having to switch from page to page to find information, Convos allows you to have multiple modules open at once. Upon logging into Convos, your Messages and Schedule modules will be open by default in the middle panel.
You can open additional modules (up to 4) and have them displayed in the middle panel. When you select a 5th module, the first module that was opened will be deselected automatically.
To prevent a module from being deselected, click the lock icon on the right side of the module name.
