MY ACCOUNT | MY CONVOS PLAN
From the "My Convos Plan" tab, you can view your current plan, upgrade, or downgrade at any time. All new Convos users start out with the Free plan and there is no trial period to worry about. Upgrading your personal account allows you to manage more groups, store more in MyConvos Files & Photos, and participate with as many groups as you like.
Upgrading your account
To upgrade your account, simply click the "Change Plan" button located below the matrix of plans. If this is your first time upgrading, you will be asked to add a credit card to your account. Click the "Add Credit Card" button to continue.The Authorize Credit Card window will appear and you will be able to enter your credit card information.

When you're finished, click "Save and Close". Convos will verify the credit card information you have provided. This may take a few seconds. A small window will be displayed when your card has been approved.

Once your credit card has been approved, you will be taken to the "Change Plan" window where you can upgrade your personal plan.
To upgrade, first select the plan you would like. In the screenshot below, the user has elected to upgrade to the Light plan. Next, review the information in the Step 2: Confirm Change section.

Here we see that this user is upgrading from Free to Light, their credit card will be charged $4.00 for this upgrade, and this plan is set to renew in 30 days on August 15th.
Click "Accept" to confirm your upgrade.
If this is the first time you're upgrading your account, you will receive a message letting you know that your upgrade will be active in 2 minutes.
Once your upgrade is active, we will send you two emails.
Receipt for payment to Convos - A summary of the payment that has been made to Convos for the upgrade. This information is also available in Billing History.
