GROUP MODULES | OVERVIEW
Every group comes with a suite of modules that allow you to interact, plan, and share with your group members. When you select a group in your groups list, the group's modules will display based on your group's settings in Modules. Click on the links below to learn more about each of the modules.
Group Messages - All group-wide messages in one inbox
Group Schedule - All group events in one agenda
Group Feedback - All feedback requests in one list
Group Tasks - Al group to-do items assigned to the group
Photos & Files - All group photos and files in list and thumbnail view
Pages - All pages created and shared with the group
Member Directory (optional) - A list of all current group members
Items to Approve - A list of group messages awaiting approval (Moderated groups only)
Creating New Group Items
As a group administrator with your group selected, simply use the new item creation bar directly under the group's name in the middle panel.
If you would like to allow other group members to be able to create new group items, you will need to set them as a group administrator or a moderator with the appropriate privileges.
Deleting Group Items
Items contained in your group can be deleted at any time by group administrators and moderators (with appropriate privileges).
There are two ways to delete items:

Deleting Items from the Middle Panel
With group modules open in the middle panel, you can select one or multiple items using the checkbox (the leftmost column).
Then, simply click the red "Delete Items" button.
You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to delete the selected items. Once you confirm they you would like to delete the selected items, they will be removed from the data grid.
Deleting Items from the Right Panel
With a particular item open in the viewer, you can delete the item by pressing the "Delete" button in the top portion of the viewer. This will remove the specific item from your group.
Selecting Group Modules
Instead of having to switch from page to page to find group information, Convos allows you to have multiple modules open at once. Upon selecting a group, the modules for that group will load based on your preferences in group settings.
You can open additional modules (up to 4) and have them displayed in the middle panel. When you select a 5th module, the first module that was opened will be deselected automatically.
