START A GROUP | MEMBER PROFILES
A Member Profile is a collection of information about an individual group member. As a group administrator, you can customize what information is collected from group members in the Member Profiles tab. Here is how
Field NameGive your field a name so members know what information they need to provide.
Input Type
From the dropdown list, select what type of control you would like users to see when they are completing a field. Convos allows you to setup the following Input Types:
Text Box
Collect short, open-ended text from group members
Dropdown
Allow members to select one choice from a list
Radio Button
Present all choices to a member and allow them to select one
Checkboxes
Present all choices to a member and allow them to select one, all, or none of the choices presented.
ChoicesIf you select Dropdown, Radio Button or Checkboxes you will need to provide the choices that appear when a member is filling out or maintaining their profile.
To enter choices, simply type them into the Choices field and separate each choice by a comma.
