GROUP MODULES | ITEMS TO APPROVE
If your group is a Moderated Listserv, an extra module titled "Items to Approve" will appear in your group's list of modules in the left navigation panel.
From this module, group administrators are able to approve or reject messages that have been sent from group members. This allows you and your group administrators to control what messages are sent to the entire group.
Approving and Rejecting Messages
To approve or reject a Group Message, simply click open the Items to Approve module and click the item that is presented in the list.
The item will open in the viewer and you will see an "Approve" and "Reject" button. If you click "Approve" the message will be sent to the entire group. If you click "Reject" the message will not be sent to the entire group and will be removed from your Items to Approve module.
