GROUP MODULES | TASKS
Group Tasks are a simple way to assign tasks everyone in the group. Tasks appear in each member's MyDashboard in the To-Do module.
Creating Group Tasks
To create a new Tasks, simply select task from the More dropdown in the middle panel.
A blank Task will appear in the first tab of the viewer. If you wish to have a dedicated tab open for this Task, simply click the PIN icon located on the right side of the first tab.
With the blank task open in your viewer, you can give your task a name and set the due date / time.
Below these controls is an open text area where you can add details about the Group Task and control the formatting of what is displayed using the WYSIWYG editor at the bottom.
When you're ready to save your task, click "Save". Your new task will appear in your group's task module and in every member's MyDashboard To-Do module.
Viewing Group Tasks
In the Group
All tasks will appear in the group's task module and can be viewed by members. The status of each task is also displayed in the module.

In MyDashboard
Tasks will also appear in each respective member's MyDashboard To-Do list.

Setting the Task Status
The status of a task can be changed from both the Group Task module and the person To Do Items module. Any member can change the status of a task. By clicking on a task in either module, a member mark a task as "To Do" or "Completed" by clicking on the toggle button. Once changed, the new status will appear in both modules.
