GROUP UPGRADES |  GROUP PLAN

 

The second tab of the Group Upgrade window is titled "Group Plan". From this tab, you can see your current group plan and be able to change the plan. Here, we see that the My Neighborhood group is currently using the standard plan.

To change your group's plan, click the "Sponsor Group and Change Plan" button.

Note: If you already have a credit card on file with your Convos account, the "Change Plan" window will be displayed. If your account does not have a valid credit card on file, you will be asked to enter one.

 

In Step 1, we select the desired plan for this group and in Step 2, we can review and confirm that we want to upgrade. In the section titled "Step 2: Confirm Change", we see that this user is upgrading this group from Standard to Active, they will be charged $4.00 for the upgrade, and the upgrade will renew in 30 days.

Click "Accept" and the group will be upgraded.

Convos will send two emails:

Notification Email - Sent to all group administrators to let them know that the group plan has been changed and inform them of the capabilities of the now upgraded group.

Receipt Email - Sent to the group sponsor that paid for the upgrade. A receipt containing the same information can also be found from the Account windown in this user's Convos account. Learn more here.
