GROUP MODULES | FEEDBACK
Group Feedback is simple way to reach out to your members and collect feedback in one place. Similar to Group Messages, Feedback requests allow you to send a group-wide email to members and allow members to reply via email with their feedback. All replies to a particular feedback request are summarized in the Feedback request in the Group Feedback module.
We built this module to help group leaders alleviate excess messaging associated with a listserv. In the Feedback module, member replies are consolidated as opposed to the listserv where they are distributed.
Creating Feedback requests
While you are in a group, select "Feedback" from the Group Item dropdown.
A blank Feedback request will appear in the first tab of the viewer. If you wish to have a dedicated tab open for this Event, simply click the PIN icon located on the right side of the first tab.
With your new Feedback request open, you can give the request a topic, select recipients, ask your question, attach files, make responses anonymous, and set a feedback due date.
At the bottom, you can preview how the feedback email will look by clicking the "Preview Email" button.
Once you're ready to send your Feedback request, simply click "Send Now".
An email will be sent to the to the members of your group requesting their feedback.
Responding to Feedback requests
To reply to a feedback request, members simply reply to the feedback request via email with their response.

Viewing Feedback responses
Back in Convos, everyone in the group can view the responses in the Group Feedback module. Here we see the feedback request we sent with the current response rate.

When you select this feedback request, the Viewer shows all of the responses from the group members.
