MY ACCOUNT | BILLING HISTORY
For every billing related transaction you make, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know exactly what you have been charged for and a reference number should you have any questions.
From your Convos account, you can also access this information in the Billing History tab.
On this screen you will see a list of all of the billing related transactions you have made with this account. To view a specific transaction, select it in the list. The line item will become dark gray and the "View Details" button will become active.
Click "View Details" and the Receipt Details window will open as seen below.
From here, you can see all of the details of this transaction including:
- Date of the transaction
- A reference # should you need to contact us with questions
- A description of the items included in this transaction
- The total amount
- Where the transaction was charged
