Every group can setup unlimited, full-function subgroups to manage subsets of members. They have all of the features of standard groups and Convos makes it easy to move members in and out of subgroups. Our customers use subgroups to manage project teams, committees, regions, membership tiers, and more.

The Convos Interface was designed to help you quickly locate and interact with relevant information. The 3-pane layout is similar to desktop applications but lives entirely within the a browser window.

Works with email
Email remains one of the fastest and most commonly used communication mediums for staying in touch with people. With Convos, we leverage the power of email communications by allowing you to send, receive, and reply to group messages without ever having to login to Convos.
Every message sent from your group will be routed to any email address of your choosing and you can post or reply to group messages from any email address. This allows you to stay up to date and interact with all of your groups from any email program or email-enabled device.
Additionally, groups can send email invitiations with RSVP controls, allowing their members to submit their response by clicking a link in the email. All groups also come with the ability to request and aggregate feedback regarding a particular topic via email.
