SUBGROUPS | ADD MEMBERS

Adding members to a subgroup is fast, easy, and requires no invite process. Simply click "+ Members" and the window below will be presented.

A list of your current group members will appear on the left. You can sort this list, filter by character, and customize the last column by clicking "edit". This will bring up a list of member profile fields you are collecting from members in the main group.

For example, if you collect "Role" from your members, you can easily sort your member list by Role and find all of the appropriate people you want to include in this subgroup.

To add members from the list, simply select them and drag them to the Administrator or Member box. You can select multiple members in the left by using "Control + Click". When you have setup your group with the appropriate members, click "Add and close" and the members will be added to the group instantly.

You can then send a group message to welcome them to the new subgroup.
