MY ACCOUNT | OVERVIEW
The Account window allows you to view a summary of your Convos activities, upgrade your Convos plan, enter / edit your credit card information, and review your billing history.
To open this window, simply click the "Account" button located in the top navigation section of the Convos interface.
The "My Account" window will appear:
From the Overview Tab, you'll notice several sections containing information about how you're currently using Convos.
Account Information
- User ID - The Convos user id that you use to log into your account
- Member Since - Date that you first created your Convos acccount
- Personal Plan - Your current Plan level
My Group Memberships
- Total Group Memberships - Total number of Convos Groups that you participate in
- Admin or Moderator Role - Of the total groups you participate in, the total where you have a role of Administrator or Moderator
- Group Upgrade Sponsor - Total number of groups where you are paying for the group upgrade
Next Bill
- Next Billing Date - The next time you will be billed for your Convos upgrades
- Personal Plan - The price of your current personal plan
- Group Upgrades - The total price for all groups that you sponsor
- Next Bill - Total amount that will be charged to your credit card on the Next Billing Date
Personal Storage
Total amount of personal storage you are using in MyConvos Files & Photos
